I would recommend that you install the mod via PlayWithSix to ensure that everything is installed properly.

how did you install the mod initially to where it didn't work and how did you reinstall it to where it worked?

just use playwithsix

if you are new to moding arma games use playwithsix it just simplifies everything, however if you dont want to do that how you mod is as follows,

1: download mod
2: find game directory and make a new folder called @MODNAME
3: make a folder in that called addons
4: drag and drop all files from the mod into this folder (not some mods come foldered so you can skip 2-3)
5: open game, find options or extentions and open menue mannage addons/manage extentions and or dlc. (not sure exact naming)
6: enable mod, this will ask you to restart your game, do this
7: you are now ready to rock and roll in your new mod have fun and keep those boots on the ground.

also should note that the mod needed has a README!! use it cause its more complicated than most
