Subscribe my mod and wait till the download is finished.

Before starting the game directly or with SKSE, start the Skyrim launcher which opens the settings. Open DATA-FILES and wait till everything is loaded/updated.
Check "The Evil Mansion - Final Edition".
4.
Start the game. The Mansion is north of Morthal.
Note:
Make sure to unsubscribe/deactivate other versions of The Evil Mansion.
