SCOUT. FRICKIN. COSMETIC.
I'm not trying to be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BUT I think it would be cool if the scouter was given to the scout. I mean...it looks fantastic but I would get it in a heartbeat if it would replace that stupid earpiece he wears.
