Here's my opinion:
-Make it an infinite toggle taunt
-Make the heavy wear Gaben's glasses or something similar
-Keep it paintable (that's a nice, unique thing)
-Make the heavy change pages after a certain amount of time
-Randomize the possible book title between:
"American kitchen"
"How to make a perfect sandwich"
"How to dominate little babies"
"How to build big gun"
"100 % raw meat"
Translate the titles to Russian.

Anyways, it's already good enough to add to TF2! :)

Or even better, make him sit down and read it, like a rancho taunt for heavy!
