I have portal installed on my computer, but still alive won't play. Is there any way to fix this or is it just broken?

Make sure that you've actually mounted portal. Google how to do this if you're unsure.

I cant get still alive, but im realizing fomr the context of the song name i need the portal thing mounted like I have hl2 mounted

Contrary to popular belief, Erectin' a River is NOT actually in TF2's files. It's from the "Best of Toybox" addon linked as a required item for the epicbox. Grab the addon (it's hella fun btw) and it should work.
