Crash on Startup
Is this happening to anyone else? As soon as I press launch it goes to a black screen then crashes. pls

Make sure you select races before launching the game.

I can get in-game but when I go to start a skirmish it CTDs. I do pick races...

if you have windows 7 and up Home world 2 will not run on you pc. i have not be able to play my cd game for some time and it seems they never fixed it on this one.

however the remastered one will workk fine just not the origanl one

You need to select your race as either UNSC or Covenant. Its on a drop down next to Team selection.

ok did you read my problem? as soon as i click launch from the mod menu... it crashes, cannot even start up the game

yeah no the game works just fine dude, its the mod lol, dont know what your problem is haha

Same for me the game works just fine when I attempt ANY mods the game never even loads after I click to run the homeworld game. I cant even get to a main menu.

Was able to load into the menu's. Crashed during skirmish load. Tried again, this time selcting races, load screen waited about 30 seconds before crashing again.

Right next to where you select the ship color scheme is an empty space. Click there to selct UNSC or Covie. It's not visable until you click on it.
