How would I go about making my GTA Online Character as a Gmod model? How would I export the models from GTA V?

Well Mini was released, and my GTA online character looks like him, just a different beard and shoes. He has a scruffy beard and those new shoes that are black and studded that was released in the Ill-gotten gain part 1
