Complex does not work with any other mod. However, all the fixes that those rebalance patches have are included in the mod (e.g. the 666 targeting bug)

It does, it includes a load of fixes that were in the community patches as some of the people in the dev team for this mod had also worked on them, as stated in that quote I posted. However you must remember that at its heart This mod is a total conversion mod that adds a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of new mechanics to the game, alters existing ones, changes the existing races in the base game and is in the process of adding new races and a brand-new singleplayer campaign.

Watching the videos posted on this workshop page barely scratches the surface of what this mod is. It is in my opinion the defenitive way to play Homeworld with so many more ways to defeat the enemy and much more in-depth tactical gameplay. Seriously, just try it.
