Research level: gives option to player to start from a certain level of research
Rank level: gives option to player to start from a certain level of rank
Resource injection.


PS: for those players who love to scream "get good". Some of us here mostly play single player mode. Our way of playing is not going to affect anyone in any way at all.

YES! I too have wanted for a way to set up really quick skirmishy games for so long because tbh a full game even on fast takes AGES.
