Okay i've played a lot now and recognized that, Vagyr lacks in the late game, bad.
The Hiigaran capital ships just overpowers the Vagyr capital ships, they have more weapon slots, more base hp, more base damage.
Best example, the Vagyr Nuclear battery at the battlecruiser fired 1 nuke, with a potato damage, the Hiigaran Bc fired 8-10 Nuclear warheads what devastated a 400k hp Carrier in one shot.

The Hiigaran Juggernaut is able to deal 80% hp damage to the mothership or the Flagship if their hitpoints uprgraded to +50%.

I didn't see how many Weapon slots the Hiigaran Battlecruiser had, (The Vagyr have 7 and a battery) But when i saw two battery wich one-shotted my 400k hp carrier, i get frustrated and left.

Beghins, I ask you, please "balance" the hiigaran this time.
They were stronger at 9.1 also :/
