Yeah got stuck at the end

I am having the same problem.

This is steam server/your location issue. Nothing to do with a mod, retry later, try restarting steam. We cant choose how or where are mods uploaded, this is entirely up to steam, all i do is hit upload button. :-)

Can you just help mr with that?

Same problem here. I appreciate the problem is at Steam's end but a workable solution would be useful.
