Disregard my post, my issue was solved by switching to Local Servers.

Does it work on official servers? I tried playing with a friend and we didn't find ONE css weapon. After that I started a local server and ther immidiately was a mp5.

I tried this on a single player, just to test with, wouldn't work.

I thought this mod only worked on local servers

for me it works in local server (start via console command) and when playing solo.

when using through the usual multiplayer with friends that also have this installed it doesn't work.

@shwr - I just started getting the same issue as you. I can spawn them using command console but they wont do any damage.

@shwr - I think I fixed it. What I did was I just changed the loading order/hierarchy of this mod on the addonlist.txt file. TL;DR, find the file name of this mod in your addons folder. Then open up addonlist.txt and find this mod's file name and move it to the very top of the loading order/hicherchy. That seemed to work for me.

it wont work if you play singleplayer only works if you host a local server

You cannot host a server with the mod because l4d2 official servers host without mods. It just starts a dedicated official server when you create a game lobby.

You would need to host a sourcemod server to be able to host with mods.
