Considering the extremely short development times of FNAF 1, 2, and 3, it's very likely FNAF 4 could come out within the year, maybe into 2016 because the content is eventually going to get stale after 3 games created within less than a year
Very likely that it could come out this yea (if Scott even makes a FNAF 4), but the fact that Unrated is already spewing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about "Origins" and a November release date makes it unlikely that anything Unrated says from this point forward is even true.

This month's the time of when a game named "FNAF 4: Origins" would come out. However, FNAF 4 came out in July, and the origins... well, they've already been explained.
