Military reforms
so as elysia at multiple points you get to choose military reforms, these reforms have alot of different modifiers they give you and it can be a bit confusing to wrap your head around, on my first run i decided to just go with the "greek fire corps" line for the roleplay, but im curious as to if it was actually the best choice

what reforms do you guys think are best?

European muskets are the best overall due to not interfering with mobility which is extremely powerful in EU4, Greek Fire does have a lot of kill potential though so if you're somehow doing a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job managing your army it's an option
