I'm sorry, won't be possible. The gunslinger is a bodygroup of the engineer and it's not really an easy task to make mods for since it'd have to be compiled in a weird way. I wouldn't know how to properly make it work.

Besides that it'd look very odd in all animations besides melee, if that'd be any problem

Maybe could transform to a gunslinger-like hand went not in melee. You can add in some Awesome animations for transformation.

I was thinking engie pulls off the hand, reaches into his pocket and plugs in a drill or something like that.

If you read anything, you would see how it's impossible to make it a skin... Also, insulting a content creator will probably make the probability to listen to you very slim. really fast.
