This looks fun!
It would be nice to have the emergency "SWAT"-Team to come in that way also!
EDIT: Just saw that it was requestet in 1.0 Forums.

Maybe the ability to release prisoners by helicopter(if the road cannot be reached for some reason.) As well as the ability to have other things come in by helicopter (like medics and supplies)

How about a connection between the terminal and helipad? As in, you can wire Riot police to go to one helipad and prisoners to another.

You can do this any way just make two helipads. Place a riot guard terminal near one and a prisoner terminal near the other. the terminals link to the closet helipad, when placed.

LIST OF SUGGESTIONS

Call medics via helicopter

Call firemen via helicopter

Prisoners escape via helicopter

deliveries via helicopter

Call in an attack chopper, could help in riots, possibly very expensive

Care package drops by helicopter, gives police a boost, used in riots. Can be taken by prisoners.

Illegal drops for prisoner via helicopter

Planes (?)

This last one is the least likely of them all, but bombing choppers? Even more expensive than an attack chopper, used if there is an EXTREME riot.

It would be great if you can transport all things like a truck but just with a helicopter

HELICOPTER TRUCKS=Blackhawk to carry personel or Para drop plane to drop down supplies if your roads are blocked with riots or too many trucks and only if its an emergency
