maybe it spinning around its neck and then thrown at enemy does little damage maybe

or he could spin it on his finger and then yoyo the enemy closer to him and he instantly changes to his primary or the enemy gets stunned

just make sure whatever the taunt is, its something stupid he would do. like he tries to yo-yo and it hits him in he face

Scout does YoYo, but unfortunately, the rope breaks and hits enemy right in the face, insta-killing him do to brain damage

The desc says "Scout tries to become a gentlemen by wearing a "necktie" So he probaly won't make it an action item, besides, it looks good on him.

Just because he's trying does not mean Scout is not gonna...well, be Scout.
