While playing, a Door appared on the praty room door (if you are face the office it's on the right hand side and dose NOT have the vent) I tried to open it and it did not open, after hitting no clip and going inside, Toy Bonnie was in it. once he left the door went away.

I might have caught the error on the banid cam recorder and pull a screen cap if needed.

This has never happened to me before, but the game did add an update when opened gmod today.
