Stats
In every single cosmetic thread there seems to be a post where either someone unironically asks about what sort of stats this cosmetic item should have, or someone who thinks they're being clever makes a joke post saying the item should make you run 10000% faster.

I hate both of these and have made this thread. It doesn't get stats. 99.9% of cosmetics don't have stats.

But would Volvo make some item set for the Sniper, that gives you something like Pyrovision, but the set is based off /r/montageparodies and you visit xXxQuickscopexXx land? (if it isn't a set, a cosmetic shoud have these stats. that was my point. Also "jingle all the way" can be considered as stats)

Most cosmetic's arent granted for stats but it should atleast have a taunt effect, for an example every time you taunt 70,80 and 90 music plays on the backround.

P.S. Everytime you get killed by the Soldier he guarentees yells "Get a hair-cut HIPPIE!"
Thats would be kinda funny IMO.
