how do you capture apc/ifv/tank/any vehicle?
tried destroying wheels/tracks dont work tho

You can breach them with explosives. I think the explosives needed depend on the vehicle type and you must be an engineer.

Sneak up to the target and you will find the option in the scroll menu.

Just walk/drive into their airbase as civilian, take them, drive out under fire, fast travel to hq.
Put some OP hidden next to the airfields and you can do it very fast.
