Adjusting vehicle buys, Weapon unlocks and editing the arsenal
Couldn't find a discussion covering this, I have 3 questions

1) Is it possible to edit the files so i can buy a vehicle from another mod

2) can i add modded weapons in for unlocks

3) Can i edit what is started in the arsenal
