Is there a way to remove penalties for killing civilians?
My friends & I would like to tailor our game to more of a modern terrorism theme and we don't want killed civilians to penalize us or end the mission prematurely.

Penalties do need to be reconfigured here. AI civilian pathing is atrocious and they respond to oncoming vehicles like squirrels.
