The ACE Update really made the game unplayable, all the medical items appear in the attachments now. Super sucks.

You can get the vanilla med kits normally and the game converts them to ACE gear, the problem currently is that while this fixes most things, the revive system is still broken since you need medical kits to revive people which get converted into ACE stuff.

For those of you who have issues with Ace3 since the Ace3 medical rework update (needing ai to revive you, weird mix of basic + advanced), what you can do is just run the older 3.12.6 version of ace on your server + client until the Antistasi mod has been updated.
