the soldier hits his head with it 2 times before throwing it (taunt kill)

actually since ppl want a TK for The L.A.W, this should be the taunt:
The soldier points it in front of him and says"You're Fired!" beofre hitting one of his knees 2 times

The soldier could spin it around by the loop on the end, then swing it.

I think the soldier should out some hand cuff then:
if hes benind an enemy he hand cuffs them for 8 seconds, prohibiting using wepons, slowing movment, can't swim as well, and reduses jump hight

if theres no enemys or hes of hes infront of enemys he will do a double take then put the cuffs away
