By request, I've re-enabled cheats for this scenario. But the scenario might not work with some cheats -- if you mix-up the traits, or pre-evolve traits from multiple groups, you might just trigger an instant lose, or never be able to leave your starting country, or the pre-evolved traits might have no effect at all.

So it's there if you want to try, but don't expect it to behave in any kind of coherent way :-)
