Pros:
For every kill, you gain +5 heal rate for your medi-gun. (Up to 8 kills.)
+15% Resist against bullets
Cons:
-15% Damage penalty.
-10% Accuracy penalty.
Since the syringe gun doesn't really do that much damage, I don't want to give it too much of a damage penalty. The accuracy will make it to where you need to be somewhat up-close. And since most of the weapons in TF2 are bullet based, you might be able to play your games right and sneak up behind a sniper or any other occupied enemy that has bullet based weapons. The main part, the medi-gun heal rate, could be very strong if using medi-guns sucuh as the quick fix, or if you want to be able to hold out longer before popping your invince uber so it can be more effective. Please tell me if something is somehow op or wrong about this.
or perhaps a poison? multiple hits with the weapon will do extra damage if target breaks off. (and hopefully dies on his way to a health pickup LOL :D)
