I presume that if you edit a unit (right-click and select Edit loadout), you can select one of the women faces in Arsenal. You can then save the new unit in your Custom units.
( I'll try it now and see if it works. If I do not comment further, it works.)

Works fine, but my explaination above was a bit off the mark :

1) In Editor, right-click unit or double-click to open Attributes ;

2) There is a section in there to change the identity, name and face !

3) Close Attributes. Right-click unit and select Save custom composition.
