+50% lesser ammo required to airblast +airblast is very strong that you can do some thing like a detonator jump -10% damage penalty -25% ammo

I think it should be +30% movement speed and -15% damage and Afturburn damage + no airblast.
The reason for so much speed is because its a houd, which are fast.

+30% would mean faster than a medic and almost as fast as a scout.

Pros

-50% airblast cost
airblasts ignites enemies
airblasts knock enemies farther back and allows airblast jump

Cons

-20% damage
-50% ammo and health from packs when active
+10% explosive damage

Requires Spin up, 35% faster than minigun.
30% slower movement speed when deployed.

maybe some thing that relates to it being a dog? some thing like

15% faster movement when in use, so your like a wolf chasing down it's pray.
20% extra damage, sharp teeth hurt.
40% shorter reach with your flame, wolfs have to get close to you to bite.
when you kill some one you get a tiny bit of health and ammo back, your hunting for food.

Here’s my suggestion for stats, perfect for what the Pyro is unmatched in; hit and runs:

+ Afterburn deals 2% of target’s current max health as damage per half second
+ Airblast is constant stream as primary fire is but at twice rate of ammo cost
- -50% damage penalty

Here’s a graph to show the first mechanic, keeping in mind that all damage in TF2 is rounded up

Current Max Health of Ignited Enemy (h) ---- Afterburn Damage per Half Second for 10 seconds

50 < h ≤ 100 ------------------------------------------- 2
100 < h ≤ 150 ------------------------------------------ 3
150 < h ≤ 200 ------------------------------------------ 4
200 < h ≤ 250 ------------------------------------------ 5
250 < h ≤ 300 ------------------------------------------ 6
