Just a little thought...
I think if you added a little extra to it, it will be the best thing ever. I was thinking something like a few stitch marks on the sides or maybe some burn marks. If someone has something else they think would look great, say it down below!

Perhaps even a big stitch where the mouth would go? As if his mouth is sewn shut, was even thinking a moment ago about how it would look if the back had one big stitch going from top to base of the hat. Any thoughts on this?

I think that is a super good idea! But I'm not the maker of this, so I can't make decisions. I hope the maker sees these ideas though to maybe add on!

Either sewn marks, or a zipper for the mouth would be perfect.

I was thinking maybe some metal replacements or other colour stitching, showing that some of the materials has had to be replaced. Why? Maybe some fires burned to deep, gun bullets hitting the mask, or also because someone may have tried to rip it off, to reveal the beast inside the pyro.
