Well since it's kind of like body armour it would have weight to maybe weapons? So I think it should have these stats.
(Equipped as 2nd weapon maybe?)

What if instead of the 3 hits to remove sappers it has less healing for the wearer?

if it is a weapon do it secondary and make it shooting laser beams

its a cosmetic, but theres a stats dicussion.......*MIND BLOWN*

Pros;
100% damage resistance to all types.
100% more damage output.

Cons;
Healing is cancled.

And to balance this all out; no random critical hits.

Seems pretty reasonable
