I thought it was a workshop error possibly an error on my end after adding the units but after starting all over again it's still there.
Yes I tagged them for a shield and the weapons they are using default weapons with a different name and slightly weaker stats.
It's going to be under C:\program filesx86\steam\steamapps\workshop\content and there is a number that represents your games it will be in one of those files. I know that's not very helpful but thats the way that steam handles the workshop mods for certain games for some reason.
