Lord's do nothing
I'm i freelance in roman lord army, all they are doing is patroling their land, they are in war with other factions but they dont even raze villages.(100 days)

Try to sign up to other army, like Barbarian one.

Did the same with longbards (or something like that =) ) they have only 1 town they are in war with roman galia and they still only patrolling.

Make sure you join up with factions that are at war with one of their direct neighbours if you want to see action. Due to the size of the map and therefore the size of the factions. Some faction lord's may well do nothing. There is not a lot I can do about that at the present time.
