Moral
My moral is always ♥♥♥♥... and when i fix it just drops after a day

Yeah, I get this same problem. I have to always be around rebels to keep morale up. I think some people said that you have to keep your army entertained but the fact that morale drops so quickly is ridiculous and should be removed.

Look moral in rapport option ;)
I think you don't rest your army.
