Damage buff needs a damage buff

Pros:
On Hit: Damage enemies overtime for 20 seconds (every 1 secs -10 health)
+5% Firing Speed
No sound while spinning dem barrels
On wearer: Run faster than usual

Each kills makes the wearer slower and say 'POOT'
-100% Firing speed on dying (no choice but to die like a baws)

What if this was a primary? Then you could have a shottie that is like a minigun but spins really fast up and functions like a shotgun! It could have faster spintime and more bullets, but slower firing speed (The minigun shoots pretty fast, so this would be logical) . And also reloading and much smaller clips (like mabye 50% smaller) and 50 ammo to reload. And no sound when spinning (It's so small!!!). I would be soo happy if i could go wreck ♥♥♥♥ as a shottieheavy, but still have my pocket medic (Sandvich)

It would make no sense if this was primary. Its a shotgun. Why?
-Look at it. Clearly shotgun.
-If it WAS a minigun, it would have almost no ammo at all because there is nothing to hold the ammo with.

But still, hopefully this is added, I would LOVE to see it added to TF2. It would be the new #1 heavy shotgun in the game.
