i'm posting it here but i have another bug when i open the I-TGT my throttle keeps changing for no reason and when i'm in flight and use it my throttle drops to 0 and i need to stop and start my engine before i can throttle up again.

Kind of the same problem for me.
When I open the TGT window the Throttle drops down to 0. after I close I have to throttle down and up again to get power back up.

can someone excuse this situation,i got the same situation in F-14 Tomcat and FA-18,however i can still use the I-TGT system in some other plane like Su-35 which is a single mod .
till now i can use the I-TGT system in F-22,F-35B lighting Su-35 and the plane that game offered,in the other plane i subscribe from he s uploaded to workshop like preamable mentioned

I know I'm like 5 years late to the party, but for anyone having this issue still, you need to have the Sniper XR selected as your targeting pods. You can set this by going into the attributes of the F-16, and it's the middle pylon.

Edit, you also need to turn it on when you're flying the F-16. It's listed as a weapon so just cycle through them until you get to the Sniper targeting pod.
