Pretty much what I was thinking.
More Fallout stuff for Engineer so I can have a suit to match my Pip-Boy. :P
This won't be added (maybe) but... here goes

Used 10 metal per shot
-15% slower firing speed
When the Widowmaker is equipped along with this; Uses no metal and has a normal firing speed

Haven`t played Fallout, looks cool
The Plasma Pistol

+75% damage bonus
-30% reload speed
-80% ammo capacity
-10% clip size
Fires a green goop projectile.

Pros:
-Projectile cannot be reflected.
-Can be charged to deal more damage and projectile speed (from 25 up to 75 with the travel speed of the mannmelter)
-Enemies hit will have a visual effect of plasma burning into them (can be used to track cloaked spies)
-Enemies killed will melt into green goo.

Cons:
-Requires a 0.4 second charge up before firing.
-Uses metal as ammo. (up to 75 depending on charge up)
-Overcharging the weapon can cause it to explode dealing 80 damage to self (can be used to jump)
