First off, when you subscribe and opened the Skyrim Launcher, wait for it to say in the bottom right of the Launcher window "Finished synchronizing subscribed mods".
Then click on the Data button in the Launcher and verify that this mod, called "Dragon Born Castle.esp" is checked and is at the bottom of your load order (i.e. at the bottom of the list in that page).
Doing those two things should fix the problem for you. If not, let me know and I'll keep trying to help as best as I can :)
