This is just gonna be the copied and pasted solution that is in the bugs section. The response is from Serkas, not myself. Just thought this would be easier to notice before someone posts for the 3rd or 4th time in the bug thread that the game crashes and they are not using the English version of EU4.

Please tell me if this fixed all your problems. It should resolve the names of the provinces in any case.

(Du musst nur eine Einstellung in der Settings Datei von German auf English stellen, hatte den selben Fehler am Anfang ^^
Der Mod ist auf Englisch programmiert und nutzt daher auch die englische Version)
