Despite having two diplomats I can only ever use one. If I am fabricating on one province and attempt to improve relations with someone it will immeditely use the first diplomat. Nothing seems to allow me to use the second diplomat. Is this a bug or feature?

Some provinces in Scandinavia is called Skåne, like denmarks capital province and the province south of norrbotten. I've only encounter those 2 but there could be more.

Did you both remove all previous VeF versions before downloading the new version?

Minor misspell in typing of Russian female ruler title. In game it's "Tsarina", but it supposed to be "Tsarica".

Uh no how to do? Sorry

When I start a game without unpausing when selecting a decision the noise is made to indicate a click however the decision is not taken. When i unpause the game unfreezes itself after a moment and then gives me a message about no longer being in synch.

i dont know whatshappening exactly but im playing as england and i had my leader abdicate to his daughter, when she turned25 she gave the throne to her son and when her sone became like 20-25 he gave itto his infant son, its just regency after regency and im at minus 3 stability now and have no idea why they keep stepping down, im atpeace and thereare no death msgs. i have heir education activated and get frequent msgsfrom it, is something glitched here?

also the regent is being treated as a king in between the actual kings

Shouldn't it be "Tsaritsa" however? (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsaritsa)
