No Exploration?
Is this Mod meant to play with random new world and your own created nation?
I've started a game with a self-created nation on the iberian peninsula and a random new world. Every thing looks fine. I've discovered Quest for the new World, and an Explorer attached to a fleet. I can click on an unexplored sea area, but the fleet won't start to explore.

Have you tried exploring since the last update in vanilla? Was pretty sure the exploration system even without expansions has been changed and you can't explore individual sea tiles anymore, you have to click on the fleet and send them on an epxloration mission. (one of the buttons there where protect trade, privateer fleet, mothball fleet, etc.)

I've played a game in vanilla with the latest DLC and was able to explore individual. But I've just seen the last Hotfix was yesterday. I haven't tried the exploration thing with this Hotfix.
With this mod the only automated exploration I can do is to circumvent the world, and this isn't possible because of my Tech-Level. There's no option to explore any coastline or seazone, like in Vanilla.

Random New World will not work properly.

Manual exploration was removed by Paradox if you have El Dorado.

Mission availability is based on colonial range.

Now it's clear, the colonial range. That makes sense.
