The help is appreciated. However I have you warn you, it is a lot of work to translate the mod. Specially by yourself.
Well, I've done all the country and government names and all the little files (less than 4 kb). That's the beginning I know, but it's really better than seeing "feudal_monarchy" or "grand_campaign"...
In fact, just an advice, but you should add "fake" non-english files, because a lot of people don't understand that you have to put your game in english to see the english localisation. France becomes "FRA" for example. And a lot of non-english speaking people don't want to add mods because of that, even if they are really good...
