So there has been a lot of confusion on the new autonomy system lately. It would be nice to get a clear explanation from a developer on how the system actually functions, what affects province autonomy and what is needed of the player to decrease it. There is no information on these things whatsoever in the mod as of now, and watching autonomy rise for seemingly no reason is frustrating to say the least.

So please, could someone explain thoroughly?
