Kipchack doesn't tend to fall apart?
I have played since 1309 as Chernigov and now it is 1411, but Kipchak are still alright. Is there some special event for them to fall apart that must fire? They have had several severe uprisings of the tribes, but apparently no new states have been released.

There is an eventual disaster for them to fall apart in the mid 15th century as they eventually did. Historically Kipchak survived for quite awhile compared to their fellow khanates.

If the player is Kipchak is there some way to prevent that from occuring? Or will it simply be rebel stomping for a couple decades?

There is a recently added mechanic for the horde to reform iteslf into a more advanced government (either a Chinese-style bureaucracy or a European feudal system; the latter is less rebel-intensive); this avoids the collapse though you may have to let some of the Steppe tribes go their own way to survive (there's no malus to conquering them again later).

Okay, is there somewhere where the Tribute thingy is made clear? Or can I get a small overview?

I checked the Wiki to understand the tribute, too, but it's not in there. Why, when I try to Declare War on Muscovy, is the button greyed out and the tooltip says, " You may not declare war on your tribute enforcer!"?
