Were the Freedom and Serfdom buildings removed?
Dear VEF modders,

May I inquire if most of the Freedom and Serfdom buildings removed in the last version? For example in the Transilvania--Wallachia region only Bihar and Arad have serfdom, while the others have no buildings. That is true for almost all the regions I can see in Kipchak, Hungary, Bulgaria, etc.
is this part of the speeding of the game?

No, this was a major bug. PDX changed the way the setup event fires between the last available beta (they let a bunch of moddrs into their closed beta) and the release so this was totally broken along with some CTDs. See the main description for a link to the hotfix submod. Run that with the mod and it should fix these issues.
