Some source somebody had at sometime. I realise that's stupidly vague but over the life of the mod there have been many people in various roles and I gave the regional Tsars free reign for areas I have no expsertise in.

Looking at the sources, it seems they should probably get Doniji Kraji as well; Syrmia's border should be the river which means they held the majority (75%ish) of that province. Also it looks like the river between Soli and the rest of Syrmia is in the wrong place but map redraws of any kind are on hold at the moment so that won't be fixed right away(provinces can change hands with no issue though).

Thank you for coming in with sources; it makes it so much easier to verify things and make quick changes!
