basically what the title says, the prostheses aren't really enhancing somebody, they are just like a replacement, but I would like a prosthesic that is stronger than the base, human arm, or human leg. A game that does this well is Rimworld, as it allows different type of prostheses that are just replacements, or is worth adding to a human that wasn't in an accident. ALSO, the head should be able to be removed and being able to put in a brain from the human that died so that they are fully metal.
