maybe by tools he might mean like utiliys or more limbs legs or arms or others with more variety of use cases?

what I ment by tools is the prosthetics for the body

Rocket feet, or roller skater feet (Just a foot with tiny wheels lol)

tactical blade arm but with the light saber things on the end of the blades

also some back attatchments could be cool like a jetpack for the upper back, and one of those movement inhibitor things for the lower back, could also be cool to have a back/shoulder mounted turret similar to the Predators plasma caster but like an automatic weapon, or the Doom Slayers shoulder mounted grenade launcher from Doom Eternal

MABYE LIKE A ICE AND FIRE LIMB OR BOOSTERS FROM THE FEET

maybe a grapple hook with the stab capability of the excalibur weapon in the base game so it stabs through any material, mixed with like the stickyness of the sticky grenade so its like a swing/grapple arm

A beam that makes enemy's explode like when it is shot it removes the limb that was fired at.
