Underwater Ambient Sound
can u add an over water ambiance.
Moving water being completely silent is kinda weird. Maybe an unmuffled variant of the implemented sound would fit

I know it might be hard to believe, but from an addon's point of view, detecting moving water in a map is basically impossible.

The only good way to do what you ask is for map makers to add the ambient sounds themselves. As an example, check out Counter-Strike: Source's "cs_militia" map, where the ambient sounds of the river are correcly added by the map maker
