basically, if you destroy the head of the noob guy at the start and spawn bricks you might get a glitchy texture lookin' head, go over to the "blocks" guy near the wall and place the head on top of his torso. then if you fly to the guy who says he needs his friend he will have a dog near him and will be sayin' "thank you". neat.
