Read first before reporting bug!
This mod uses Change Research Effects on some entries to retain compatibility for default techs. Unfortunately, the problem with this is that changes implemented using Change Research Effects will not apply until the game has been restarted. If you find yourself with the mod acting wonky, try to restart your game.
